From being suicidal, battling severe ADHD and autism and in the grip of addiction Andy is 10 years sober and holds the Guinness World Record for the most 70.3M triathlons in a year.
In June 2022 Andy achieved 70 x 70.3M triathlons in 75 days - which is the equivalent of 4,921 miles - the distance of London to Beijing in China. It was a brutal challenge that took an immense amount of mental resilience to keep going day after day despite the weather, injury and fatigue setting in.

When Andy isn't diving with sharks for a living you will find him mentoring at an alternative education school speaking about the five pillars of health and using neurodiversity to your advantage.

Andy is available to book for talks as he shares the inspirational story of how he battled ADHD and addiction and developed his neurodiversity into a superpower to go on to achieve world records.

Alternatively Andy has written an 8 part ADHD wellness peer mentoring programme where he helps mentees build awareness of ADHD brain chemistry, improve executive functioning skills, build self-awareness, foster self-esteem, and provide practical strategies for managing their ADHD in day2day life. The course can also be run as a workshop in groups at schools, colleges, universities and businesses.​​​​​​​​​​

ADHD Peer Mentoring
8-part ADHD mentoring program is structured to provide comprehensive support for individuals with ADHD. Andy brings the science and latest research to foster a better understanding of ADHD, the role of hormone and impact on executive functioning. The programme builds self-awareness, improves self-esteem and provides practical strategies for managing ADHD in various aspects of life.

ADHD Education Talks
1hr educational ADHD talks. Once people better understand what causes ADHD, it's like a light bulb moment - finally you understand why you feel and behave the way you do. With a few lifestyle tweaks you can start to manage your dopamine levels more efficiently and start to work with your ADHD instead of against it.

Professional Speaker
Andy share's his personal life experiences and learnings to educate about neurodiversity, lifestyle, health, well-being and battling addictions to create the right mind set conducive to better learning and personal development.
